This week: Pici alla carbonara
One of the ‘Kings of Rome’, enjoy our classic pasta carbonara made with local eggs, pecorino and parmigiano reggiano cheese, and Italian guanciale. Served tonight with our hand-made pici - fat spaghetti, individually rolled by hand.
