Tonight’s pop-up features our friend, Chef Depal Patel preparing a classic Coquiles St. Jaques — classic preparation of Scallops in a seafood cream with breadcrumbs and cheese. Served with an autumn salad.
The Wine Experience for the evening will feature our wine club flight. Special wines/pairings will also be offered for the meal.
