This week: Spaghetti alla chitarra
A classic of the Abruzzo region, house-made pasta is pressed through the ‘chitarra’—a box with guitar strings that cut the square spaghetti noodles. Served with a slightly spicy tomato sauce and polpettini (tiny meatballs)
Also available: Salad, dessert, cheese/charcuterie, bread/oil, & full wine list
Reservations required for dinner service.
