This week: Spaghetti alla chitarra con pallottine
A classic of the Abruzzo region, house-made pasta is pressed through the ‘chitarra’—a box with guitar strings that cut the square spaghetti noodles. Served with a slightly spicy tomato sauce and pallottine (tiny meatballs)
