BAROLO & BARBARESCO WINE TOUR
Join sommelier Michael Kirkendoll for a guided tour to Piemonte to taste, experience, and fall in love with Italy’s King & Queen—Barolo and Barbaresco. This tour will be open to a maximum of 6 guests, and will include visits to some of the finest wineries not just in Italy, but the entire world. Guests will also enjoy meals at world-renowned restaurants including one of the world’s best restaurants, 3-star Michelin Piazza Duomo in Alba. Guest will arrive in Milan by October 24 and we will spend the night in that magical city. Then, off to Barolo! Lodging will be at the beautiful Villa Carla by Oddero, where everyone will have their own villa just steps from the beautiful commune of Barolo itself. Each day, we will venture into the rolling hills of the Langhe, visiting wineries in all corners of the Barolo and Barbaresco zones and enjoying some of the most delicious cuisine in Italy. Finally, we will return to Milan on October 29 for an afternoon of exploration and overnight before leaving Italy on October 30.

One group meal per day (lunch/dinner depending on tour schedule)
Flights should be booked to arrive in Milan by 3:00pm on October 24 (either Milano Malpensa or Milano Linate). Guests will arrange their own transportation from the airport to the Westin Palace Hotel in Milan by either train, taxi, or car service (I can assist with coordination).
Departure flights can be booked anytime on October 30. Guests will arrange their own transportation to the airport or to their next destination (I can assist with coordination). Check-out from the hotel is by 10:00am on October 30.
