CHAMPAGNE WINE TOUR 2026
DATES: MAY 24-29
COST: $8,000/pp ($7,500/pp if booking Burgundy/Champagne together)
This tour is eligible to be combined directly with the Burgundy tour. If you participate in both tours, each tour cost is reduced by $500/pp ($1,000/pp total)
Your spot will be reserved upon receipt of a deposit in the amount of $4,000/pp
Payment is preferred by check (payable to Pane e Vino) or Venmo (@uncorkedpianist). Payment by credit card acceptable with a 3% fee added.
Once registered, you will be contacted regarding the submission of a deposit payment. Do not send payment until contacted. Registrations are first-come, first-served although some priority will be given to large/complete groups.

Taste the very best and experience the diversity that is Champagne! We will explore the famous crayeres (caves) of Reims and explore the long caves of Epernay while enjoying wines from the most famous houses and top small producers in Champagne. This region is also home to some of the finest restaurants in all of France and we will enjoy incredible dining and pairing menus. Guests will also have time to explore and marvel at the city of Reims, home to one of France’s most beautiful cathedrals.

DEADLINES:
Deposit due with registration (after contact) or by November 1, 2025
Payment in full due: December 31, 2025
Refunds:
Deposit/any pre-payment is non-refundable after December 31, 2025 ($4,000/pp)
January 1 - January 30, 2026: Balance payment can be refunded in full ($4,000/pp)
February 1 - February 14: 75% of balance payment refundable ($3,000/pp)
February 15 - February 28, 2026: 50% of balance payment refundable ($2,000/pp)
After March 1, all payments are non-refundable unless tour is cancelled by Pane e Vino
Note: you are encouraged to purchase travel insurance as refunds will not be given after March 1 for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, or family emergency.

Not Included
Airfare/transportation from your home to the local pickup spot in Reims. Guests coming from Burgundy will travel with me by van.

Arrive in Reims by train; taxi/uber to hotel 3:00-5:00pm
Guests participating in the Burgundy tour will arrive with Michael by van.

Monday, May 25: Epernay and the Côte-des-Blancs
Morning: Tasting @ Perrier-Jouët or major Epernay producer
Lunch: Les Avisés (Jacques Selosses Champagne/Michelin recommended)
Afternoon: Grower Champagne tasting in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger
Dinner: on own in Reims (restaurant recs provided)

Thursday, May 28: Check-out, 10:00am (uber/taxi to train station for return to Paris - not covered)
