BAROLO & BARBARESCO WINE TOUR
Join sommelier Michael Kirkendoll for a guided tour to Piemonte to taste, experience, and fall in love with Italy’s King & Queen—Barolo and Barbaresco. This tour will be open to a maximum of 6 guests, and will include visits to some of the finest wineries not just in Italy, but the entire world. Guests will also enjoy meals at world-renowned restaurants including one of the world’s best restaurants, 3-star Michelin Piazza Duomo in Alba. Guest will arrive in Milan by November 8 with easy-access to the Sheraton at Milan Malpensa Airport. Then, off to Barolo! Lodging will be at the beautiful Villa Carla by Oddero, where everyone will have their own villa just steps from the beautiful commune of Barolo itself. Each day, we will venture into the rolling hills of the Langhe, visiting wineries in all corners of the Barolo and Barbaresco zones and enjoying some of the most delicious cuisine in Italy. Finally, we will return to Milan on November 13 for an afternoon of exploration and overnight before leaving Italy (or continuing on your own exploration) on November 14.

Payments are requested by check or Venmo. Credit card payments accepted with a 4% surcharge.

One group meal per day (lunch/dinner depending on tour schedule)
Flights should be booked to arrive in Milan by 3:00pm on November 8 (Milano Malpensa). First night lodging will be at the Sheraton Milan Malpensa, directly attached to the airport. Dinner for the evening of November 8 is not included in the tour. Guests may dine at the hotel, or take the train/taxi into Milan for the afternoon/evening on their own.
Departure flights can be booked anytime on November 14. Guests will arrange their own transportation to the airport or to their next destination via train/taxi (I can assist with coordination). Check-out from the hotel is by 10:00am on November 14..
